Legislation in 38 Studios case goes to the Rhode Island Senate

PROVIDENCE Legislation meant to encourage settlement in Rhode Islands lawsuit against those involved in the 38 Studios fiasco now heads to the full the state Senate, following a public hearing and vote by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday.
